Job summary

Suser Restaurant Group is seeking a Line Cook to join Sparkies Kitchen & Bar, Stella's Table, and Union 212 Banquet Hall in the lakes area of Oakland County. You will prepare dishes with fresh ingredients, maintain a clean and stocked kitchen, and support the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Full-service restaurant line cook experience preferred.
• Follow written recipes and execute order tickets with speed and accuracy.
• Excellent understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Current knowledge of culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills; able to divide responsibilities and monitor progress.
• Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Able to be on your feet for 8+ hours a day.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis.
• Passion for food and hospitality, strong work ethic, team-first mentality.

The Role

Suser Restaurant Group Line Cooks take pride in every plate, making sure each dish is picture perfect. You'll ensure the freshest products are used to prepare our dishes, and that the line stays clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.
