Job summary

Red Robin in Gresham, OR is hiring a Line Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen team. You’ll prepare and cook menu items to recipe standards, work grill or fry stations, keep your area clean, and support with prep and closing duties. Prior line cook experience is welcome but not required, and the role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards.

• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate with teammates to keep orders accurate and moving quickly.
• Assist with prep, stocking, cleaning, and closing responsibilities.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Bring a positive attitude and sense of urgency to every shift.

As a Line Cook, you'll help create a great experience for every guest by:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to recipe and quality standards
• Working grill, fry, sauté, expo, or other kitchen stations
• Keeping your station clean, stocked, organized, and ready for the rush
• Following proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Communicating with teammates to keep orders accurate and moving quickly
• Helping with prep, stocking, cleaning, and closing responsibilities
• Working together with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
