True Food Kitchen in Gaithersburg is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. You’ll prep, cook, and plate across stations including Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill, with experience in multiple stations a plus.

The ideal candidate has 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant, exceptional knife skills, and a passion for quality presentation. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, plus teamwork, speed, and organization under pressure are essential.

WHO WE'RE INVITING TO THE TABLE

We’re looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. You’ll prep, cook, and plate delicious dishes across stations like Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill (experience in multiple stations a plus!).

• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
