Wasabi Sushi Bar in Edwardsville, IL is seeking a part-time Line Cook to assist our Chef and Sous Chef in preparing sushi and other Japanese dishes to exacting standards.

You will maintain a clean, organized station, uphold food safety practices, and collaborate closely with the culinary team in a fast-paced environment. This role offers flexible evenings/weekends and growth opportunities within the restaurant.
