Job summary

Broad Leaf is a bar, restaurant, and brewery in Michigan seeking a full-time hourly line cook. We operate a fun, fast-paced menu with indoor pickleball and video games; expected hours are around 30-40 per week with a mix of days, evenings, and weekends.

About the Job:

We operate a fun and face paced menu at our restaurant. We are a bar, restaurant, & brewery with indoor pickleball and video games. A super fun place to visit and work! Expected hours are around 30-40 per week with a mix of days, evenings, and weekends.

Skill set needed:

• Basic kitchen knowledge (knife skills, basic kitchen equipment use, etc.).
• Ability to understand and follow recipes.
• Work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience in safe and proper food handling.
• Reliable in transportation and work ethic.
• Able to work cleanly and organized.
• Positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn new skills.

Education:

• Minimum of 1-year of Culinary experience.
• ServSafe certification is a plus, not required.
