Northern Lights Taverna in Duluth, MN is seeking a Line Cook for our Greek/Mexican-inspired kitchen, where fast-paced service meets creative, fresh dishes that excite guests.

You’ll join a tight-knit team, follow recipes and plating standards, prep ingredients, maintain a clean workstation, assist with inventory, and uphold high food-safety standards in a busy service environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily kitchen tasks.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for cooking.
