Job Summary

We are seeking a Line Cook to join our busy restaurant team. In this role, you will prepare delicious meals using high-quality ingredients, ensuring an excellent experience for our patrons. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and passionate about creating meals that 'wow'.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Create menus based on seasonality and customer preferences
  2. Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
  3. Prepare and present food attractively
  4. Supervise and delegate tasks to team members
  5. Maintain inventory levels and restock as needed
  6. Follow all food safety regulations
  7. Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
  8. Perform additional duties as assigned by the head chef or management
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
