We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in the Dietary department. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and food safety guidelines. Duties:

1. Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and portion sizes.
2. Ensure that all food is cooked and presented in a timely manner.
3. Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
4. Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
5. Maintain clean and organized work areas.
6. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry.
2. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.
3. Proficient knife skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
