The Old Spaghetti Factory is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Colorado. The role emphasizes precision, teamwork, and a strong work ethic as you help prepare our pasta dishes and maintain kitchen standards.

You will follow recipes, maintain sanitation practices, and support line cooks and chefs in delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

• Work closely with the kitchen team, including chefs and other line cooks, to coordinate orders, communicate special requests, and maintain a harmonious and efficient working environment.
• Follow specific cooking methods, timing, temperatures, and portion sizes of pasta dishes ensuring quality and appearance.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling, storage, and labeling.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
