Qualifications

• Two years of experience in high-volume or bulk cooking environments.
• Strong organizational skills and culinary aptitude.
• Experience with bulk sauce production and cooking a variety of proteins.
• Ability to work open availability based on event needs.
• Reliable and consistent transportation required as locations are not accessible by public transit.
• Clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to lift fifty pounds or more.
• Self motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and production guidelines.
• Support both commissary style prep work and on site event execution.
• Work collaboratively with culinary teams while adhering to strict timelines.
• Prepare hot and cold menu items across a variety of cuisines and service styles.
• Attend and support both on site and off site catered events.
• Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks according to kitchen schedules.
