Job description

What will I do?

1. Ensure incredible service by effectively handling a variety of tasks.
2. Prepare ingredients for the culinary team and create high-quality meals.
3. Follow recipes, knife skills, and cooking techniques to produce consistent ingredients and finished products.
4. Manage prep work efficiently while ensuring timely meal preparation and high standards.
5. Comply with applicable State Restaurant Health Codes and Regulations.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working as a line cook.
• Strong knife skills.
• Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant ingredients and cuisine.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in culinary arts.
• Experience working on multiple kitchen stations.
• Experience in various restaurant or hospitality roles.
