Job summary

Bavarian Inn Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Kitchen Manager in Michigan responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner orders under supervision and ensuring sanitation and freshness of all food products.

The role requires weekend, weekday, evening shifts and some holidays with a 5:00 am to 3:00 am shift mix. Applicants should have a high school diploma, at least one year of kitchen experience, and the stamina to work in a hot kitchen, standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience in related kitchen positions and cooking techniques.
• Ability to withstand the kitchen heat.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of individual breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu orders under the direction of the Kitchen Supervisor and Kitchen Manager.
• Responsible for the sanitation of food areas and the freshness of all food products.

Hours:

Part-Time:10-36 hours averagework week,2 - 6 days on average per week,may vary in busy and slow seasons.

Working shifts – Combination ofshifts between 5:00 am and 3:00 am

Must be available to work weekends, weekdays, evenings, and someholidays. The Kitchen Manager willcoordinate holidayscheduling.
