Job summary

The Davidson in Cincinnati, part of Thunderdome Restaurant Group, is seeking experienced line cooks to join our upscale concept featuring European-inspired cuisine and a curated wine list.

You will prepare menu items, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule is expected.

OUR OPPORTUNITY

The Davidson, our most upscale concept features classic European-inspired cuisine and sophisticated cocktails and wine list, is looking for experienced line cooks. Line cooks are responsible for the overall quality of menu items according to Thunderdome's standards and specs. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. This position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
