Keswick Hall in Charlottesville, Virginia is looking for Cooks I, II, and III to join their luxury boutique hotel. Responsibilities include preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and following recipes accurately.

Keswick Hall is an impressive 80‑room luxury boutique hotel nestled on 600 acres which recently re‑opened in 2021 after renovations. It is home to the prestigious Keswick Golf Club, Marigold Restaurant by Jean‑Georges, a new luxury spa, and a sports and aquatics center.

Compensation: $18+ per hour based on experience and level I, II, or III.
Cook I position: prepares properly sized portions of high‑quality items to order, to proper temperature and presentation. Performs all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling, sauté, and grilling.
Cook II position: primary responsibility for station assigned; maintains mise en place and prepares hot and cold foods for the restaurant according to chef’s specifications and for catered events as required.
Cook III position: primarily responsible for station assigned; maintains mise en place and prepares hot and cold foods for the restaurant according to chef’s specifications and for catered events as required. Performs all basic, intermediate, and advanced cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling, sauté, and grilling.
