Bring your fire to the kitchen! Attention to detail is the most important quality our cooks have. You will need to ensure that every meal is cooked, prepared, and plated properly within ten minutes while keeping your work and prep area clean, safe, and stocked.

Line Cook Job Responsibilities
  1. Set up and stock food items and other necessary supplies.
  2. Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
  3. Cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other methods to specified recipes and standards.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
  5. Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
  6. Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs.
