The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch is the core amenity to one of the most successful master planned communities in Texas, Cordillera Ranch. This 9,100+ acre oasis in the Texas Hill Country is a unique facility. The family atmosphere established by the members and ownership creates a laid-back culture whilst upholding high standards.

We are expanding our Food and Beverage Department with a new kitchen and dining facilities opening this spring. We seek talented individuals to join our culinary team. Our Chef-run scratch kitchen offers an opportunity to gain fine dining experience with luxury ingredients like foie gras, Akaushi beef, and caviar. Job Duties

• Maintain and service your assigned station.
• Prepare items according to established portions and presentation standards.
• Notify the Sous Chef of expected shortages.
• Ensure all work areas and equipment are clean and functional.
• Assist in maintaining kitchen security and safety.
• Maintain a neat appearance and observe personal hygiene rules.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Maintain high sanitary standards.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Sous Chef.

Requirements
