Job summary

St. Andrews Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking a dedicated culinary team member to support daily prep, ensure line readiness for service, and maintain high cleanliness standards.

You will prep and plate ala carte and special events, keep par stocks, and follow recipes and event orders while accommodating member requests with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food preparation.
• Country Club experience is a plus.
• Degree from a post-secondary culinary arts program preferred.
• Ability to prep and plate ala carte and event appetizers/entrees.
• Experience reading daily event orders and prep sheets.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
