Job summary

Penn Line Tree Service, Inc. is seeking a utility line clearance crew Foreman in the United States to supervise and coordinate field work processes with a focus on safety, productivity, and quality.

The Foreman will ensure work is completed efficiently, maintain site safety, and oversee vegetation management crews across assigned areas. Responsibilities include meeting utility customer needs, supporting employees, and coordinating travel as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in the tree/line clearance industry (3–5 years).
• Previous Foreman experience required.
• CDL License is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary.
• Herbicide or ISA licenses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assure that the work is completed in the most productive and efficient manner.
• Maintains work site safety for all persons and property throughout the assigned area(s).
• Provides supervision and oversight of vegetation management crew activity.
• Assures that the utility customer needs are met within the scope of work.
• Supports the needs of employees.
