Job summary

Penn Line Tree Service, Inc. is seeking a Field Foreman to supervise a utility line clearance crew. You will coordinate safety, productivity, and quality across assigned areas and ensure customer requirements are met.

Travel regionally and manage crew activities in a fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of verifiable line clearance or related tree work experience, a proven Foreman track record, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of verifiable line clearance or related tree work experience.
• Previous Foreman experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• CDL license is a plus.
• Herbicide or ISA licenses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assure that the work is completed in the most productive and efficient manner.
• Maintains work site safety for all persons and property throughout the assigned area(s).
• Provides supervision and oversight of vegetation management crew activity.
• Assures that the utility customer needs are met within the scope of work.
• Supports the needs of employees.
