Responsibilities

• Independently fill in and perform work while the regular worker is absent.
• Distribute knives prior to shift start and collect knives at shift end.
• Set up assigned lines with stands and ice.
• Train or cross-train incoming or current workers on new skills.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area around the assigned line.
• Perform all work in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Ability to perform one or more functions of the deboning process

Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate

Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shift hours
