Job summary

Schwan's Company is seeking a production worker in Oklahoma in a full-time role within a food manufacturing environment. You will unpack materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods, ensuring quality and compliance with regulatory standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred), 0–1 years of experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand on concrete floors. Flexible, rotating schedules including weekends and overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity; repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; throw out or fix as necessary; record waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, state, federal, and company regulations (GMPs and safety).

What You Will Do:

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products (from raw materials to finished products) meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; throwing out or fixing products as necessary; writing down amount of waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform all duties in compliance with existing USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and safety regulations).
