Job summary

The Simplot Company in Moses Lake, WA is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator to operate and maintain packaging equipment on Line 4, troubleshoot issues, and train team members. You will ensure that products are packaged to meet quality and safety standards while supporting efficient production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience and/or training required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, maintain and program packaging equipment with emphasis on Line 4.
• Break, cover vacancies and train employees in packaging operator positions.
• Ensure packaging equipment and area meet customer, QA and packaging goals and standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and train others on procedures and operating techniques.
• Perform preventative maintenance in coordination with maintenance.
