Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Specialist: Local Analytical Definition to support analytical testing teams in the BioPharmaceutical and Medical Device markets, ensuring timely and quality work.

The role requires a science background, a bachelor's degree or lab experience, and the ability to learn new tasks, work independently, and communicate with project managers. Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, with typical daytime hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field, or equivalent directly-related experience.
• Two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Familiarity with analytical methodology, specifications, certificates of analysis.
• Strong computer, scientific, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in Laboratory Information Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide support enabling the analytical testing teams to execute timely and quality work to the BioPharmaceutical and Medical Device market.
• Establish and maintain templates within a computer application (Laboratory Information Management System), based on information found within analytical methods, specification documents, stability protocols, and group work aids.
• Communicate directly with laboratory technical contacts and project managers to determine the appropriate template configurations.
