Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services seeks a detail-focused professional to design, configure, and maintain LIMS test structures, ensuring compliant test builds and data integrity across laboratories. The role requires interpreting analytical documents and providing expert technical support while collaborating with internal and external clients.

Candidates should have at least a High School Diploma and preferably a life sciences degree, with laboratory experience and LIMS familiarity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain tests, test lists, and test bundles within Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), including support for compendial updates, pricing changes, and evolving laboratory requirements
• Interpret analytical methods, compendia, and technical documentation to ensure accurate and compliant test builds.
• Collaborate with various laboratories to develop solutions that meet testing and reporting needs.
• Champion the company vision through collaboration, professionalism, and exceptional client service.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting quality and productivity objectives.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision in order to accomplish assigned tasks and meet team objectives.
• Assess and implement process improvements that enhance consistency, efficiency, and data quality.
• Provide technical expertise and support for Analytical Definition initiatives and laboratory requests
• Communicate progress, risks, and key updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Uphold GMP, GLP, quality, compliance, and data integrity standards in all activities.

Qualifications:

Basic Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
• Laboratory experience preferred. Previous work experience using the USP or Ph. Eur. is a plus
• Experience working in a LIMS preferred.
• Demonstrate self-motivation

Additional Information

Position is Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
