Job summary

Verista is seeking a Lead IS Engineer to lead Veeva LIMS implementations across requirements, design, configuration, testing, and go-live. You will partner with Laboratory, Quality, IT, and process owners to map workflows and translate needs into robust LIMS solutions.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Life Sciences, and 5+ years in LIMS projects within regulated environments. Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences or related field.
5+ years of experience supporting LIMS implementations in GxP environments.
Experience with Veeva LIMS implementation, validation, or lifecycle management.
Ability to translate lab/business requirements into system functionality and reporting.
Experience coordinating system integrations, data migration, and UAT.

Responsibilities

Lead and/or support Veeva LIMS implementation activities from requirements gathering through go-live.
Partner with Laboratory, Quality, IT, and stakeholders to map workflows and define requirements.
Support LIMS configuration, including workflows, roles, data, calculations, and reporting.
Coordinate system integrations, data migration, and interfaces for connectivity with instruments and ERP systems.
Lead testing phases (functional, integration, UAT) and manage defects through resolution.
Develop implementation documentation, traceability, SOPs, and validation artifacts.
Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and ALCOA+ principles.
