Job summary

Verista is seeking a Lead IS Engineer in the United States to lead a Veeva LIMS implementation and validation journey across the system lifecycle.

You will partner with Quality, Laboratory, IT, and stakeholders to ensure the LIMS meets business and regulatory needs, develop validation deliverables, and support data migration and integrations in a GxP environment.

The role requires a technical degree and 5+ years in validated settings with strong CSV/CSA knowledge and regulatory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years in validated environments (GxP).
• Experience with Veeva LIMS and lifecycle validation.
• Understanding of CSV/CSA and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead/Support Veeva LIMS implementation and validation lifecycle.
• Develop validation deliverables: URS, risk assessments, plans, scripts.
• Collaborate with Quality, Lab, IT to meet requirements.
• Support data migration, interfaces, and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11.
