Job summary

Natera, a leader in cfDNA testing, is hiring an On-site Clinical Data Operator in Pleasanton, CA. The role requires accessioning patient samples, entering data into LIMS, and ensuring PHI privacy under HIPAA guidelines.

You will work Tuesday through Saturday, 9:30 am–6:00 pm, with compensation reflective of an hourly wage. This position emphasizes accuracy, data integrity, and secure handling of PHI, with full compliance training and a collaborative lab environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• 0–1 year of industry related experience.
• Previous computer experience required.
• Previous data entry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create new orders in Laboratory Inventory Management System (LIMS) and perform necessary checks for accessioning.
• Accession samples with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Enter patient data into LIMS accurately.
• Ensure information in LIMS is up-to-date.
