Job summary

Trigyn Technologies, Inc. in Albany, NY is seeking a Crystal Reports Developer to work with state agencies and ITS staff. You will analyze existing systems, gather requirements, and design comprehensive Crystal Reports using Oracle SQL.

You will develop documentation, create test cases, execute tests, and track defects while coordinating with the LIMS vendor to ensure accurate data reporting and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 60 months Crystal Reports development experience with complex queries and multiple data sources.
• 60 months experience obtaining and writing business, user and functional requirements, use cases.
• 60 months experience with Oracle Relational Databases.
• 24 months experience with a Lab Information Management System (LIMS).
• 24 months experience using Test Management tools such as ALM/Quality Center.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze existing systems, reports and documentation with end users.
• Participate in business user and stakeholder meetings for requirements gathering.
• Develop, write, and maintain requirement documents and use cases.
• Analyze, design, develop and document Crystal Reports and Oracle/SQL queries.
• Develop and update test cases/scripts; execute tests and record defects.
• Interact with ITS staff and LIMS vendor to implement requirements.
• Provide monthly status reports and knowledge transfer to state staff.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely deliverables.
