Job summary

Clarkston Consulting is seeking a motivated LIMS Consultant to deliver solutions in the life sciences, consumer products, and retail sectors. You will configure LIMS modules, design and validate assay workflows, and develop automation scripts while ensuring compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP, collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple client sites.

The role offers remote/home-office work when not on client sites, with travel estimated at 30-50%.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with LabWare or LabVantage LIMS configuration
Ability to design, configure and validate assay workflows
Experience developing scripts for workflow automation and data transformation
Experience in regulated environments (pharma/biotech/food safety)

Responsibilities

Configure LIMS modules to support workflows (assay development, plate results, sample management)
Design, configure, and validate assay workflows in regulated environments
Develop and maintain scripts for automation and data transformation
Prepare project documentation and deliver configuration demos to clients
Collaborate with scientists, QA/CSV, and IT for requirements and validation
Ensure configurations comply with 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP
Collaborate with LIMS consultants across sites during deployment
