Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC in Melrose Park, IL is seeking a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Administrator responsible for configuration and ongoing maintenance of the LIMS across production units. The role reports to the LIMS Manager or Supervisor and ensures the system meets Fresenius Kabi LIMS procedures.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Science with 3+ years of pharmaceutical lab experience, strong background in informatics, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science with minimum 3 years of related experience preferred.
• One-two years of pharmaceutical laboratory experience required.
• Strong background in laboratory informatics and data systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the Fresenius Kabi LIMS across production units.
• Develop and follow SOPs; support global validation and core system maintenance.
• Collaborate with QA, Microbiology, Chemistry, and I&D for new LIMS modules.
• Represent the site in cGMP inspections and audits; ensure compliance.
• Manage accounts, monitor performance, and update product entries as needed.
