Job summary

Coastal Building Maintenance in Coral Springs, FL, is seeking a hardworking Janitor to join our cleaning team. This full-time, second-shift role includes cleaning designated areas, stocking supplies, and maintaining a safe, orderly environment for staff and visitors.

Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred; must be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and follow health and safety regulations. Paid training and comprehensive benefits are offered.

JANITOR

We are looking for a hardworking janitor to join our cleaning team.

Tareas:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Willingness to learn
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish – preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Bend down or stoop frequently
• May need to lift heavy objects
• Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
