Job Summary

The University of West Georgia is expanding to meet growing demand across its graduate programs in educator preparation. To support this growth, we are seeking limited‑term instructors in Educational Leadership who are committed to high‑quality teaching and the development of effective school leaders.

Limited‑term faculty typically teach 4 courses per semester, focused on leadership theory and practice, school improvement, organizational leadership, supervision, and related program coursework. Responsibilities may also include supporting candidates in applied leadership experiences and contributing to essential program activities. Faculty receive mentoring, shared course materials, and full access to institutional resources to promote strong instructional practice and student engagement.

These roles often serve as pathways to longer‑term opportunities, including instructor, lecturer, or tenure‑track positions within the College of Education.
