Job summary

University Hospitals Pain Management is seeking a Respiratory Care Assistant who will learn and apply the hospital's mission and behavior standards, performing basic competencies during orientation and providing satisfactory respiratory care after verification.

You will perform medicated aerosol delivery, airway clearance therapy, bed-side monitoring, oxygen therapy, and special procedures. Adherence to PHI security and UH policies is required throughout daily duties.

Qualifications

• Orientation completed and competency verified.
• Ability to follow hospital policies and standards.
• PHI handling training and compliance required.

The Respiratory Care Assistant is learning and incorporating the mission statement and standards of behavior of his/her hospital or care facility.
