Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care, in partnership with Memorial Hermann, is seeking a Medical Assistant to support medical providers and radiologic technologists. You will help with patient care management, organization, and communication, and perform limited radiologic imaging with timely reporting of results.

The ideal candidate has LMRT certification and high school diploma; experience as a Medical Assistant and X-ray duties are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT) Program required.
• Experience as Medical Assistant preferred.
• X-ray experience preferred.
• BLS certification required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Medical Providers and Radiologic Technologist and patients.
• Perform limited capacity X-rays and report results to Medical Providers.
• Manage patient care coordination and maintain organization.
• Utilize MS Office and patient management software to track and document patient information.
