Baptist Urgent Care in Germantown, TN is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team. The role involves performing x-ray testing, operating diagnostic equipment, preparing exam rooms, and assisting with Medical Assistant duties.

Full-time staff work a rotating 36-40 hour week schedule, with PRN options. Required: high school diploma or equivalent, BLS, TN X-Ray License; ARRT certification preferred. Baptist Urgent Care is an affiliate of Urgent Team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification.
• TN State X-Ray License.
• ARRT Certification preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform x-ray testing including body mechanics and patient movement.
• Operates diagnostic equipment, develops film, and prepares the room.
• Assist with Medical Assistant duties and patient care.
• Maintain radiation safety and proper shielding procedures.
• Document procedures and maintain licensure for radiology equipment.
