Job summary

Carmeuse Lime & Stone Inc is seeking a Plant Operator/Maintenance Support for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 11pm–7:15am) at our Lebanon County facility. You will operate, monitor, and control plant equipment to process lime products with emphasis on safety and housekeeping.

Ideal candidates will perform basic maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting, and may operate mobile equipment. Overtime and weekend work are required as needed, with strict adherence to MSHA safety rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
• 2+ years in industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Able to perform safety, health and task training successfully.
• Able to fill in during vacations or increased production demands.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and control plant equipment to process lime products.
• Maintain strong housekeeping standards and clean work environment.
• Perform basic maintenance and lubrication of equipment.
• Complete visual inspections and basic troubleshooting of process equipment.
• Operate a variety of mobile equipment.
• Backfill and assist other team members as needed.
• Communicate issues to supervision to avoid downtime.
• Work overtime and rotating shifts as required.
• Follow all safety regulations and PPE/LOTO procedures.
