Sofive invites you to join as a Lil' Kickers Coordinator to lead youth soccer initiatives, drive registrations, and mentor coaching staff. You will partner with senior leadership to implement effective sales strategies and deliver outstanding first experiences for families.

You will manage registrations, schedules, payments, and attendance while upholding high coaching standards. Join a fast-growing company shaping youth programming and community impact.

Qualifications

• Passion for soccer and youth development.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop coaching staff.
• Customer-service mindset with strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Proactive, energetic, and professional attitude.
• Sales or retail experience preferred.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Support senior leadership in developing and executing sales strategies for Lil' Kickers classes.
• Drive program registrations and achieve key performance metrics including attendance, revenue, and retention.
• Manage free trials and open houses to create outstanding first experiences for families.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations, including registrations, payments, and attendance tracking.
• Hire, onboard, mentor, and develop coaching staff through ongoing education and feedback.
• Conduct coaching observations and provide constructive performance feedback.
• Deliver Lil' Kickers classes while setting the standard for coaching quality and engagement.
• Manage equipment and uniform inventory to maintain professional standards.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming, and high-energy environment during all sessions.
• Support additional operational needs to ensure program success.
