Sofive is seeking a Lil’ Kickers Coordinator to lead youth soccer programs, drive registrations, and collaborate with senior leadership to grow a dynamic, community-driven experience in Alameda, CA. You’ll manage staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure high-quality on-field coaching and customer service.

Qualifications

• Passion for soccer and youth development.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop coaching staff.
• Customer-service mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Sales or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership in developing and executing sales strategies for Lil’ Kickers classes.
• Drive program registrations and achieve key performance metrics including attendance, revenue, and retention.
• Manage free trials and open houses to create outstanding first experiences for families.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations, including registrations, payments, and attendance tracking.
• Hire, onboard, mentor, and develop coaching staff through ongoing education and feedback.
• Conduct coaching observations and provide constructive performance feedback.
• Deliver Lil’ Kickers classes while setting the standard for coaching quality and engagement.
• Manage equipment and uniform inventory to maintain professional standards.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming, and high-energy environment during all sessions.
• Support additional operational needs to ensure program success.
