Responsibilities

• Evaluate LIHTC and AHTC proposals for eligibility and feasibility.
• Underwrite multifamily rental transactions and assess market conditions, budgets, and financial structures.
• Present projects and allocate housing credits to CHFA committees; provide technical assistance to applicants.
• Collaborate with program staff to review applications from preliminary to final allocation; support board updates.
• Represent CHFA at events, conferences, and meetings; serve as a housing credit expert for stakeholders.
