Responsibilities

• Facilitate closing and booking of new investments and verify related schedules.
• Review quarterly fund reporting and update internal performance tools.
• Prepare quarterly commentary on underperforming properties or funds.
• Evaluate consent requests and compile supporting documentation.
• Conduct annual sponsor/fund financial reviews for 15-year compliance.
