Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of public accounting experience.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Leadership potential and mentoring capabilities.
• Experience managing audit, tax, or accounting engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex audit, tax, and accounting engagements for real estate and LIHTC clients.
• Coordinate engagement planning, staffing, and scheduling to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Review financial statements, tax returns, and supporting documentation; assess internal controls and implement improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with ownership groups, developers, management companies, and nonprofits; lead client meetings.
