Qualifications

• Three years of related work experience.
• CPM (Certified Property Manager), CPHM (Certified Public Housing Manager), LIHTC certifications preferable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing: processing applications, interviewing applicants, and preparing lease packages.
• Manage financial operations and rent collection per rules and regulations.
• Process move-ins/outs, deposits, and vendor invoices.
• Monitor turnovers and major replacements.
• Oversee building and grounds maintenance.
• Coordinate marketing and resident retention activities.
• Foster positive relations with residents and address complaints.
