The program develops you from entry level into a skilled technician, with opportunities for growth as you complete training and gain experience on various projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and installation drawings.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Learn standards and practices for lightning protection installation.
• Assist field team with hands-on installation training at project sites.
• Develop skills through the apprenticeship program over project durations (2–10 years).
