Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical degree with 6+ years related work experience.
• In lieu of degree, HS/GED with 10 years related work experience.
• Ability to design and oversee lighting training programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and manager for PGO lighting training programs (initial, continuing, emergent).
• Manage program costs and assess impacts of changes.
• Engage business unit leaders to align strategies with program priorities.
• Lead ADDIE process to implement lighting training initiatives.
• Keep abreast of industry trends affecting lighting training needs.
• Identify strategic cost improvement opportunities and present recommendations.
• Communicate status to stakeholders verbally and in writing.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans and schedules as needed.
