CPR is seeking a Senior Lighting Programmer – Lighting Lead to set up, program, operate and breakdown client shows across corporate events, trade shows, concerts, and theatre productions. Reports to the Warehouse Manager on site and the Show Manager when on location, ensuring equipment is secured and ready.
The role requires hands-on leadership of lighting crews, expertise with GrandMA and Hog4, Vectorworks plotting, and strong physical capability for loading, lifting and transporting gear.
The job and purpose of the Senior Lighting Programmer and all CPR employees is to maintain and ensure that the established company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols are adhered to and maintained at all times. The job and purpose of the Senior Lighting Programmer and all CPR employees is to maintain and ensure that the established company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols are adhered to and maintained at all times. The Lighting Lead position requires technical skill, knowledge and experience working with professional lighting. Reports directly to the corresponding department Warehouse Manager while working in the warehouse, and the corresponding department Show Manager when on a job site. As a Lighting Lead you will be setting up the latest equipment & systems in preparation of events, staging, striking at the conclusion of events and ensuring equipment is protected and secured during down periods.
