**PRIMARY PURPOSE:**
The Lighting & Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising the set-up, operation and maintenance of equipment needed for clients’ live events (i.e. corporate meetings, concert production, theatrical productions, special events, etc.) Supervisor will maintain the integrity of the lighting design and equipment. All duties are to be performed in accordance with the departmental and The Park Theater policies, practices, and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Park Theater Core Service Standards.
+ Supervise all lighting department operations.
+ Ensure that lighting systems function smoothly during performances.
+ Supervise all aspects relating to lighting/ electrics during load-in, performances, and load-out.
+ Inspect and maintain lighting equipment and keep records of inspections and alterations.
+ Supervise personnel during the load-in and load-out of lighting equipment.
+ Use the tools and procedures provided by Dolby Live management team to manage inventory and equipment.
+ Provide support and assistance to other technical areas in the theater and on property as needed.
+ Must be capable to run and program lighting boards. Grand Ma 2 experience mandatory Capable of show lighting advance within coming events.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**
+ College degree or equivalent in live entertainment or arena production or equivalent work experience.
+ 4 years professional experience as a Theatre/ Arena electrician/ lighting designer/ board operator, and/or related entertainment and audio/visual experience
+ Personnel management experience.
