Job summary

Creative Technology Group in Henderson, NV is seeking an Electronics Repair Technician focused on lighting equipment and related electronics. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair cables, moving heads, data/power distribution, and consoles, while documenting repairs in the R2 Service module to support a fast-paced live event environment.

Qualifications

1 year of experience repairing professional electronic equipment.
Soldering knowledge required.
Basic knowledge of lighting gear.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good computer skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Proven customer service skills and a team player.
Must be reliable.
Must have a sense of urgency to get things done.
Must be citizen or legal resident.

Responsibilities

Repairs involve cables and lighting equipment from moving heads to data/power distribution and consoles.
Collaborate with department leads to prioritize repairs.
Forecast and prioritize repair parts to ensure high-priority items are repaired on time for upcoming shows.
Log repair data into R2’s Service module.
Help the electronics repair department stay organized and clean.
Perform other duties as assigned by the technical service manager.
