Job summary

  • The successful candidate must pass an employment background check.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair professional electronic equipment.
  • Repairs mainly cables from all departments and lighting equipment (moving heads, data/power distribution, consoles, etc.).
  • Collaborate with department leads to prioritize repairs.
  • Forecast and prioritize repair parts to ensure high-priority items are repaired timely to avoid show delays.
  • Log all repair data into R2’s Service module.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the electronics repair area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the technical service manager.
