Lighting Designer / Programmer / Operator (Independent Contractor) Los Angeles & Inland Empire / Morongo Areas LITEMAKERS, a lighting services company with 10+ years of club, concert, and corporate event clients, is seeking experienced Lighting Designers, Programmers, and Operators for ongoing independent‑contractor work.

About the work, we support lighting for:

• Nightclubs & dance venues
• Concerts & live music
• Corporate & private events
• Special events and one-offs

You’ll program, operate, and troubleshoot lighting systems on-site in fast-paced professional environments.

Requirements:

• Solid MA2 & MA3 experience (programming, operation, patching, showfiles)
• Troubleshooting and safety awareness
• Professionalism and reliability — absolutely essential
• Independent contractor status (1099)
• Own transportation — must be able to travel to jobs
• Good communication and client-facing skills
• Comfort with nights, weekends, and changing schedules
