Job summary

PRG EMEA is seeking a Team Leader - Control to head a skilled team of technicians focused on the preparation and maintenance of control equipment for live events. You will supervise warehouse activities, ensure timely project delivery, and perform quality checks on gear prior to dispatch.

The role requires strong knowledge of lighting control platforms (GrandMA, Hog, MoveKet), signal flow, networking, and safe working practices. A proactive, flexible leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Control Systems within live events.
• Experience supervising a team in a warehouse environment.
• Good understanding of fibre & Ethernet networks and IP addressing.
• Knowledge of lighting control platforms such as GrandMA, HOG and MoveKet.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead department staff, building an efficient workforce.
• Plan daily schedules for staffing and workload targets.
• Oversee preparation of equipment and warehouse duties to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate orders in the rental software system and update service records.
• Perform quality control checks on prepped equipment and dispatches.
• Assist in risk assessments and update process documents.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and report incidents.
• Develop training plans and mentor team members.
